Taryn Colon is an experienced Operations and Finance professional with a background in accounting, organizational communications, and client management. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from State University of New York at New Paltz, Taryn has honed a unique skill set that bridges the gap between operational efficiency and financial expertise.

Throughout her career, Taryn has worked with notable companies like First Republic Private Wealth Management, JP Morgan Advisors, and RBC. At First Republic, she helped the regional managers build more effective internal reporting systems, streamlining operations and enhancing communication across teams. This has helped her make impacts across a company merger and taking her talents to venture onto her forever firm.

She discovered her passion for operations and finance by accident but quickly realized that her natural skills in client relations and financial management aligned perfectly with these fields. Currently, Taryn serves as an Operations Coordinator, where she is responsible for client onboarding and offboarding, handling daily inquiries, and managing both operational and financial duties. Her diverse skill set ensures that her clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Outside of her professional life, Taryn is an avid sports enthusiast. She enjoys staying active through activities like golf, rock climbing, and snowboarding during the winter months. Most importantly, Taryn values spending time with her family, which provides her with the balance and motivation to excel in her career.
